ROCKVILLE, MD – October 4, 2007 – EntreMed, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENMD) a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing therapeutics for the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases, announced today that James S. Burns, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present a Company overview at the Biotechnology Industry Organization 2007 Investor Forum, being held at the Palace Hotel, San Francisco, California, October 9-11, 2007. Mr. Burns’ presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, October 10, 2007, at 3:15 p.m. (Pacific time).

Mr. Burns’ live presentation will be web cast and can be accessed through the Company’s web site at www.entremed.com. An archive will be available on the web site for approximately 90 days.
